Social Media Manager (Remote | Full-Time)
Salary: £32,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role
We’re looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our short-form content strategy. Your mission will be to produce engaging, high-impact videos that inspire mature students living in the UK to take the leap into higher education.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on TikTok and Instagram, loves being on camera, and knows how to turn ideas into content that generates real-world results. You’ll work remotely, but your reach will be nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce 60–90 high-quality short-form videos per month (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
* Act as one of the brand’s on-camera personalities, building trust and relatability with our audience
* Create content that connects with mature students interested in foundation degrees
* Manage and grow our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat accounts
* Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
* Spot trending topics and adapt them for our audience
* Collaborate with UGC creators and local talent to scale output
* Analyse performance data and refine content for maximum impact
Requirements
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar)
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and produce at scale
* Experience in student recruitment, lead generation, or affiliate marketing (desirable)
