What you will bring

* Meticulous - whether it is an event set up, cashing up or self-grooming, an eye for detail is an essential tool for any caterer
* Previous experience as a Head Waiter in a luxury environment an advantage
* You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
Your responsibilities
* Welcoming and engaging with guests
* Have complete knowledge of the menu and wine list
* Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
* Understanding the flow of service in order to anticipate Head Waiter/ess instructions whenever possible
* Ensure that all tables are cleaned and relayed
* Acknowledge and bid farewell departing guests
