Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and inspiring Nursing Home Manager to lead our clients team in providing high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities. As part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the welfare and wellbeing of our residents while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Salary: up to £55,000
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the care team to provide person-centred care of the highest standard
Oversee the operational management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
Utilise strong organisational and leadership skills to optimise the care environment
Embrace learning and adaptation to evolving care practices and technologies
Maintain high integrity and professionalism in all interactions and decision-making processes
Qualifications
Active registration as an RNLD or RMN with the NMC (desirable)
Knowledge of regulatory requirements including the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs, Fundamental Standards, and Quality Statements
Proficiency in IT skills for effective management of different platforms
Possession of a full UK driving licence
