The Website Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's website and database/CRM systems. Utilising both existing and new technologies, the successful candidate will build new pages and features that maximise the platform's capabilities. Additionally, they will identify and implement innovative ideas aligned with business objectives to enhance user experience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Website Management: Maintain, update, and improve the website, ensuring content is accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
CRM/Database Oversight: Manage and optimise CRM and database systems to support marketing efforts and improve customer journey efficiency.
