Key Responsibilities
As a Clerical Officer your role will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of telephone calls, including handling demanding or difficult callers in a professional manner.
Check the CCG system daily for incoming referrals and ensure prompt processing.
Follow ISO procedures for referral management to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Create and maintain CMHT patient files, including compiling referral paperwork and allocating patient numbers
Ensure patient files are prepared and available for clinic sessions as requiredRequirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have:
A minimum of one year's experience in administration.
GCSE's in Maths and English or an equivalent qualification.Working Hours and Pay
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly.How to Apply
