About the Role
We are seeking a Administrator with a passion for cars and social media to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales support, and digital engagement.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Identifying customers' vehicle part needs and selling relevant parts using catalogues and computer stock lists.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Greeting customers and visitors courteously, ensuring a welcoming experience.
* Creating sales invoices and shipping labels daily.
* Supporting the team in a high-paced breakers yard environment where multitasking is key.
* Managing and responding to social media leads and enquiries.
* Assisting with ecommerce and content creation – showcasing parts, cars, and company updates across platforms to attract and engage enthusiasts online.
What we're looking for
* A car enthusiast with genuine interest in Japanese cars and the automotive industry.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and digital.
* Someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport, and matching customers with the right products.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
* Team player who can also work independently.
* Flexible and adaptable to support the team during busy periods.
* Experience in the car industry is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and an interest in creating engaging content that drives leads and sales.
