Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Maintenance Plumber to join our client’s growing team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, and small installation works across domestic properties. This role would suit a reliable plumber who is confident working independently and delivering high-quality work in occupied homes.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs
*
Diagnose faults and complete reactive plumbing works
*
Repair and maintain taps, toilets, pipework, and water systems
*
Carry out minor installations and replacements
*
Ensure work is completed to a high professional standard
*
Maintain good communication with tenants and property managers
*
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
Requirements
*
Proven experience working as a domestic plumber
*
Experience with maintenance and reactive repair work
*
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
*
Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
*
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent desirable)
