Your Role in Helping Students Thrive As a Sports Coach working with Protocol Education, you’ll be stepping into PE lessons across a range of Bristol secondary schools. You’ll help keep the curriculum on track, guide students through practical activities, and set the tone for a positive, active learning environment. You’ll be: Leading PE lessons with confidence, clarity, and plenty of enthusiasm Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and skill development Managing equipment, ensuring safe and inclusive sessions Building great relationships with staff and students Maintaining a calm, organised learning space, even on busy days What You’ll Bring We’re looking for coaches who love sport, understand young people, and know how to motivate a group.
