Overview
Overall Purpose
To pro-actively undertake customer support activities within the warehouse area and any associated operations, whilst providing an optimum level of support to both the Company and the customer; and always aiming to meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

Role Duties & Responsibilities
* To undertake all day to day duties within the General warehouse and logistics movements.
* Undertake as and when required relevant administrative duties.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the Finished Goods / Spares Warehouse and outside carparks; act as Banksman for large deliveries as required.
* Efficiently manage the storage of products and minimise 3rd party storage where possible.
* Check and maintain any off-site storage facilities and handle ad-hoc requirements.
* Publish weekly stock lists of Finished Goods / Demo Stock / Available Rental Assets to the sales force and senior management.
* Carry out stock check counts with the Stores and Warehouse Supervisor.
* Maintain paperwork and an audit trail for products coming in and out of Warehouse Stores, Goods stock and Rental Assets.
* Pick/pack and despatch Spares Stock to customers/Service Engineers and coordinate collections with couriers.
* Assist with despatching Finished Goods to customers, including visual checks and testing of hospital bed frames for despatch; ensure correct serialized products are delivered.
* Assist with loading/unloading of lorries and liaise with drivers to ensure correct products are taken.
* Assist other departments with customer/client information and records as needed.
* Be flexible to assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure a full professional service.
* Work with SAP B1 to check stock against delivery notes, book in against purchase orders and store in assigned racks.
General Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Linet and related products, third party equipment, service methodologies, health & safety standards, and quality objectives.
* Perform responsibilities in line with company policies, quality manual, departmental procedures, and other applicable policies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education & Training
* Essential 3 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C or above)
Health & Safety
* Compliant with Health & Safety requirements; PAT Tester, Manual Handling, LOLER trained as applicable.
Experience
* Experience of operating cleaning equipment and maintaining accurate records and data input.
* Proficient with MS Office / IT equipment.

* Professional appearance; willingness to participate in training and development.
