Role | Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Offer | £45,000 – £65,000 per annum
We are working with a well-regarded and long-established firm who are looking to bring a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their busy team. This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The position allows you to develop and manage your own caseload, including company formations, commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and client advisory work. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who provide guidance and mentorship, helping you build your expertise and confidence.
Typical duties would include:
* Advising clients on company formations, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements
* Supporting corporate transactions and business restructures
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
* Managing files from instruction through to completion, ensuring high standards of client care
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified as a solicitor, with NQ – 4 years PQE in commercial or corporate law
* Confident managing a caseload independently while collaborating effectively with the team
* Detail-orientated, organised, and commercially aware
* Client-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
