ROLE PROFILE
You will play an essential supporting role in the success of Bvlgari Hotel London by assisting with the hotels procurement processes and cost-control activities. Working closely with the Purchasing and Cost Control Manager, you will help ensure that purchasing operations run smoothly, supplier relationships are well-maintained, and cost efficiencies are consistently achieved.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with sourcing and evaluating suppliers, gathering quotations, preparing cost analyses, monitoring stock levels, and updating procurement and inventory systems. You will support departmental budgeting and cost-tracking activities, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and highly organised, with a strong interest in procurement, finance, and luxury hospitality operations. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with multiple departments across the hotel.
