Our engineering client is seeking an excellent CNC Machinist, who is looking to take the next step into a supervisory / chargehand position.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative business in Southampton.What skills are we looking for?
* Strong CNC Machining background
* 3 axis and 5 axis experience
* Previous supervisory / chargehand or team leader experience would be an advantage
The successful candidate will spend the majority of time machining parts and carry out a range to setting/operating/programming on a range of CNC Milling/ Turning machines.You will also be required to lead a small team of Machinists on a day to day basis, working alongside the existing management team.
