Full Time Permanent Shift-based (including weekends & nights)
Salary: £29,184 + Excellent Benefits
Shifts are a 5 shift rota ( working 2 weekends out the 5) weekend only work 24 hours butt paid for 40 hours.
• Saturday and Sunday 6pm-6am
• Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm
• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
• Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
• Monday to Friday 10pm-6am
About the Role:
As a Production Operator in the Loading team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate offloading of ingredients and loading of finished goods for customer delivery. You will work as part of a fast-paced production team, following safety, food safety and quality standards while using industry-leading software systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate systems (including Savigent and PCS7) to manage the loading of customer deliveries and offloading of ingredients in line with set procedures
• Conduct process checks and record data to ensure compliance with safety, quality and food standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, operating a ‘clean as you go’ policy
• Participate in site EHS and food safety audits and reporting
• Report maintenance issues using the relevant internal systems

• Aptitude for using production software and basic IT systems (including Excel)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take accountability for tasks
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
• A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
