Your new role:
We are looking for a Category Assistant to support our dynamic Category team who are at the heart of our product range. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be working closely with a Category Manger and Product Group Managers to keep our product portfolio sharp, relevant and ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support product lifecycle management by gathering new product information and resolving product queries
* Help produce and maintain both printed and digital product materials
* Ensure accuracy of product data and engage directly with suppliers
* Collaborate with departments across Hafele to deliver outstanding service
* Provide administrative support where needed across the wider business
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Excellent administrative skills
* Organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and IT systems – specifically with data entry
* A proactive team player with great communication skills
* An interest or experience in product knowledge and innovation would be a bonus!

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
