The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave within a well-established, multi-site manufacturing organisation operating across the UK. This is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting site-based leaders within a fast-paced, union and non-union environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their remit, acting as a trusted HR partner to operational managers on 2 sites while working closely with a supportive, pragmatic wider HR team. Site Coverage & Travel Base – Wolverhampton Head Office Sites : Cheltenham and Devon Travel pattern: Cheltenham: Once a Week / fortnightly - dependant on requirment.
