Key Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering projects and lead a small team to ensure timely and within budget-delivery
* Working across sectors including data centres, government, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, workplace and educational
* Produce high-quality engineering designs, calculations, and specifications using advanced technical software
* Supervise and coordinate the production of technical drawings and reports
* Mentor and develop less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth
* Attend and actively participate in client and project meetings
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
* Ensure compliance with project management, QA, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
* Proven technical competence and experience in managing engineering projects
* Strong ability to plan and programme work for yourself and others
* Commitment to supporting the professional development of team members
* Relevant experience working in a consultancy environment
* Knowledge of Amtech and Dialux is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and using initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
