The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our in-house marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination—especially within the finance sector. You'll be the driving force behind our brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
* Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive qualified leads and conversions.
* Coordinate with engine developers to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms.
* Write compelling copy for web, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
* Oversee the creation of marketing assets including brochures, landing pages, and digital ads.
* Help design and refine marketing processes within Salesforce.
* Manage workflows, segmentation, and reporting to improve campaign performance.
* Develop and manage a consistent video content strategy.
* Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
* Ensure brand consistency and high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.
* Administer the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in marketing within the finance or professional services industry.
* Strong copywriting and content development skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* Familiarity with video production and digital media tools.
* Excellent communication and project management abilities.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
