Well established company with a nationwide reach are seeking a co-ordinator with a maintenance background to join their small dynamic team for a 12 month fixed term contract
Duties include:
* Liaising with clients via telephone and email
* Logging reactive maintenance work
* Dealing with contractors and sub-contractors
* Updating job portal and tracking progress jobs
* Processing invoices and resolving any discrepancies
* General administrative support where required
This a great opportunity for someone who has strong, co-ordination and administrative experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to think outside of the box to solve problems.
