Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Out-of-Hours (OOH) Customer Care Advisor to join a busy Help-desk team based in Salford. This is a fantastic role for someone with experience in a fast-paced help-desk or customer service environment who is looking for long-term stability, with the opportunity to go permanent. The successful candidate must be available for weekend work.
Our client is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and professional candidate who is confident handling customer queries, logging jobs, and providing excellent service under pressure.
Working hours
Part-Time Option:
1. Days: Saturday & Sunday
2. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible)
Full-Time Option:
3. Days: Saturday & Sunday plus 3 weekdays
4. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible)
Daily responsibilities will include:
5. Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to customer service, client knowledge, system knowledge and attendance as captured in the operator balanced scorecard
6. Provide accurate records of all the details of each Service request into the appropriate systems
7. Provide a level of customer service which meets or exceeds the service commitment
8. Accurately record details of all Service Requests
9. Exhibit clear and professional behaviour when communicating via telephone or mail
10. To achieve a high degree of customer and supplier satisfaction
Requirements for the role:
11. Willing and able to work weekends
12. Customer Service/Help-desk experience
13. Good Communication
14. Knowledge of computer databases and their applications
15. Planning and Organising
16. Analytical Thinking
