Paediatrics / Neurodiverse Caseload (Ages 2–25)
Salary: up to £50,000 | Permanent | Hybrid Working (3–5 Days per Week)
Locations: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton
About the Role
My client are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people aged 2–25, supporting those with neurodiverse needs in a flexible, hybrid role.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that make a real difference to the lives of young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions
* Work with children and young people with neurodiverse needs
* Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
* Provide clear reports, recommendations, and care plans
* Contribute to service development and best practice
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
* Experience working within paediatrics and/or neurodiversity
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (preferred due to multi-site working)
