We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Designer to join a dynamic architectural and design team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality small to medium density residential projects from concept through documentation using Revit. Duties
* Prepare conceptual and detailed designs for small to medium density residential projects using Revit
* Develop documentation for DA, CDC, and construction approvals
* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
* Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and client requirements
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes
* Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design standards and Revit best practices
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Designer or Architect
* Proven experience in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
* Strong background in residential building design, preferably small to medium density projects
* Knowledge of building codes, standards, and planning regulations
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
* Passion for creative, functional, and compliant residential design solutions
