Support Services Co‑ordinator
Location: Highfield Park, Llangwyfan, Denbighshire, LL16 4LU
Salary: £30,234.02 – £32,798.35 per annum (DOE)
Hours per week: 40 (Monday – Friday, 9am‑5pm)
Contract type: 12‑month temporary to cover maternity leave
About the role
The Support Services Coordinator will assist in the Marketing, Placements, Reception, and Workforce departments. The coordinator will be expected to complete a wide range of administrative tasks and ad‑hoc project work.
Key responsibilities
* Provide an administration service: typing of meeting minutes, administration recording and note‑taking, creating letters, issuing memos, emails, report writing and other documentation as required.
* Provide a professional and courteous response to all internal and external stakeholders at all times.
* Proactively follow up responses and actions to support efficient coordination of the departments.
* Carry out project work as prescribed to support regulatory compliance within all MHC and Young Foundations services.
* Undertake other relevant duties as required by the Head of Support Services appropriate to the grade of the post.
Qualifications and experience
* A‑levels or equivalent; high level of grammar/spelling; GCSE English.
* Experience of undertaking a range of administrative duties including task and project management.
* Competent and confident in using related software e.g. MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook.
* Knowledge of the importance of confidentiality.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
