As our Venue Experience Manager, you will be responsible for: Reception & facilities management People process support to include; communications, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, induction and training. Coordinating responses to all customer feedback including from Qualtrics, google reviews and any other review platforms and using the information to develop appropriate action plans to improve customer experience. Marketing responsibility for execution of local promotion and social media plan. Creating a highly engaged team by driving completion of the periodic employee opinion surveys, review results, share with teams, develop action plans and monitor progress.
