A thriving Secondary Academy in Petersfield is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering teaching or looking to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive and high-achieving school environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the flow of learning across the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
* Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons
* Managing behaviour confidently and professionally in line with school policies
* Creating a positive, focused learning environment
* Providing support to students with special educational needs where required
