We're looking for a seasoned and connected Business Development Representative to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our reach into new markets.
Location: USA, DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordics Region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland), or United Kingdom
Compensation: finders' fee/ commission based
The Role:
In this exciting role, you will leverage your existing network and prospecting skills to identify and connect with potential clients in need of software development services/ agile product teams across the USA, DACH region, Nordics region, and UK markets. You will act as a "door opener," introducing us to high-value leads and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.
Responsibilities:
Actively leverage your network and industry relationships to identify potential clients with a strong fit for our services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and pain points to determine fit with our offerings.
Schedule introductory meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships within your network.
Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies for your markets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
Proven track record of success in generating leads and opening doors to new business opportunities with an average deal size of a small team for 1-year allocation.
Strong understanding of the software industry and its key players within your markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
With strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of our services, we will, of course, provide the details and ICPs.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Experience in one of our target industries would be very important to establish the network.
