4. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
5. Provide support with investigations and provide resolutions to employee relations issues
6. Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
7. Offer advice to drive employee engagement initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
9. A CIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable
10. Proven experience in Employee Relations
11. Strong knowledge of employment legislation
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
13. Ability to facilitate training sessions
14. Strong problem-solving skills
15. Ability to work as part of a team
