They are seeking a skilled, qualified Management Accountant to join their Accounting & Finance department on an interim basis.
Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business operations.
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
6. Oversee cost analysis and control to ensure efficiency across departments.
7. Collaborate with other departments to monitor and report on financial performance.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
9. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A recognised qualification in accounting or a related field.
12. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
13. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
15. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
16. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
