Team Administrator
Office based in Teddington, salary up to £28,000, full time permanent role
This is a great opportunity for an Team Administrator to join a company who value their people offering great development and benefits; for an experienced Administrator who is organised and efficient to support the Teddington Office with general Team Administration requirements.
Job Duties:
1. Typing, formatting and quality checking and issuing documents, such as contract document.
2. Assisting with office management tasks
3. Managing and coordinating administrative functions
4. Directing and answering phone queries
5. Inputting and process invoices
6. Running and issuing timesheet reports on a monthly and weekly basis
7. Assisting with document preparation and filing
8. Updating and maintaining office databases and records
9. Drafting and issuing invoices monthly
10. Creating and issuing VAT receipts
11. Ensuring accurate tracking of petty cash
12. Assisting the admin manager with financial projections
Required Qualifications:
13. Strong written communication skills with a high attention to detail
14. Ability to work to deadlines, be orgained and methodical when undertaking multiple tasks.
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
17. Proficient in MS Office applications
18. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
19. Knowledge and experince using InDesgin (ideal but not essential)
