Ipswich Hospital | Nursing | [Permanent | Full time | | Includes weekend work]
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Role: Theatre Practitioner – OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER – SCRUB (RGN / ODP).

Responsibilities
* Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
* Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications & Experience
You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You have post‑registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment, and you are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
