Commercial and Strategic Growth Director – EMEA
We are looking for an ambitious Commercial and Strategic Growth Director to drive revenue growth across the EMEA region for our AI Powered Mobile Consumer Goods Retail Optimisation Platform.
This senior role is focused on developing and closing new enterprise business, shaping regional sales strategy, and strengthening our market presence through close collaboration with global sales, marketing, R&D and executive leadership.
Reporting to the VP EMEA, you will play a key role in accelerating growth, expanding customer relationships, and influencing product and go-to market strategy in a fast-moving technology led environment.
What You’ll Do
* Sell the full portfolio of the StayinFront ROP solution set including Retail Execution, Retail Data Analytics, and Image Recognition solutions.
* Strive to exceed annual new business sales targets across EMEA.
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and analyst briefings as required.
* Collaborate with global sales leadership on multi-region opportunities.
* Partner with Marketing on campaign creation, messaging, analyst relations, and content.
* Ensure high-quality, consistent product demonstrations, working closely with R&D and Operations as required.
* Influence product roadmap, pricing, and market strategy through customer and competitive insights.
* Gather and share competitive intelligence to support global growth initiatives.
* Support capability building within the sales and marketing teams, working closely with the Chief Growth Officer.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM systems.
* Manage sales resources, budgets, and expenses within your remit.
* Provide regular updates and insights to senior executive leadership, including weekly reporting.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven success as a new business hunter within the Consumer Goods Retail Execution environment.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategy while remaining hands-on and execution focused.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
