You'll play a key role in conducting property risk assessments and crafting solutions for health and safety challenges across diverse buildings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct management and refurbishment asbestos surveys. Oversee asbestos remediation projects. Manage asbestos removal projects, liaising with licensed contractors. Perform quality assurance tasks for asbestos management. Execute ad-hoc asbestos removal work. Ensure compliance with asbestos legislation and guidelines.
