Our employees support Water Networks, Drainage, Surveying, Leakage Consultancy, Water Resources and Efficiency, analysing complex data and delivering pragmatic solutions that reduce leakages, prevent flooding and protect local communities.

Our team assesses, diagnoses, and determines the most appropriate solution to reduce leakage and fully support regulatory targets. We pinpoint leakage with a level of accuracy that delivers a great service to clients.

You will need to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings and overtime if required. Travelling to different locations is mandatory, and you must enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Your Responsibilities

* Carry out planned flushing activities in line with pre‑set flushing programmes and network plans.
* Operate hydrants and valves safely and effectively to maintain network integrity.
* Use chlorine and turbidity monitoring equipment to capture and record accurate water quality data throughout the flushing process.
* Undertake network operations including controlled shut-offs and reconnections as required.
* Ensure water quality standards are maintained and any anomalies are promptly reported.
* Accurately record data from field activities, ensuring all results are logged and submitted to the client in a timely manner.
* Liaise with network operations teams and supervisors to coordinate field activities and maintain clear communication.
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures during fieldwork.

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

* Proven experience in water network operations, particularly valve operation.
* Good understanding of water quality principles and flushing techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality standards.
* Hands‑on, practical, and proactive approach to work.

* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
