What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materialsCarrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detailEnsuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirementsMaintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulationsSupporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environmentA strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matchingATA accreditation is essentialA genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent resultsA team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
