1. £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
2. Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.15 pm Friday 8.30am - 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch)
3. Holidays 20 days + Bank Holidays & Christmas Shut Down, Company Pension Scheme
4. Annual company bonus (depending on company performance)
5. Parking on-site
Responsible for: The role will include accounts that have to be managed to ensure enquiries are received and
returned in a timely manner and within agreed SLAs. Chasing quotations, processing orders and
ensuring parts are delivered on time and in full.
6. Providing excellent service to all customers at all times
7. Management of quotations and pricing
8. Log each enquiry from key customers.
9. Create RFQ for each part and send it to approved suppliers.
10. Receive back prices and create a 'best-cost'
11. Present and discuss costs before making a quotation to customers
12. Maintain quote log on a daily basis
13. Translate orders, once received, by referring back to the quote pack
14. New part introduction
15. To manage the introduction of new parts onto computer system in liaison with all departments
16. Creation of stock code and item description
17. General enquiries and maintaining customer relationship
18. Periodically visit, webex or conference calls with customers
19. Complete customer portals or similar dependent on customer requirements
20. General Administration including raising credit notes for returned parts and cover for colleagues
About you?
21. Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Account Management
22. Worked Automotive / Manufacturing capacity
23. Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
24. Not afraid to build customer relationships
25. Excellent Microsoft Package ability
26. Full customer service ability
27. Work with field sales team and obtain data they require
28. Time-keeping
29. Excellent attendance track record required
30. Team player
