What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organised, detail‑driven and passionate about marketing. You’ll thrive here if you have:
A degree in Marketing, Business or a related creative field
1–2 years' experience in a busy marketing environment
Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail
Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
Hands‑on experience with social media, CMS platforms and email marketing tools
A keen interest in digital trends, content creation and corporate/event marketing
Bonus points if you have experience in hospitality or events, know your way around Google Analytics, or have creative skills like video editing or photography.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a hands‑on role across the full marketing mix, including:
Social Media & Digital Content
- Creating, scheduling and optimising content across all ICC Wales social platforms
- Building online engagement and nurturing digital communities
- Managing influencer relationships and responding to enquiries with brand voice and professionalism
Website & Email Marketing
- Updating and refining website content with a focus on UX and customer journeys
- Delivering targeted email campaigns and analysing performance
- Supporting multi‑channel campaign planning and evaluating campaign impact
Creative & Campaign Development
- Generating copy and content across digital, print and event collateral
- Working with the design team and external agencies to deliver innovative, high‑quality creative
- Conducting research into digital trends, competitors and new opportunities
Reporting & Insight
- Tracking, analysing and reporting marketing activity
- Supporting SEO, PPC and analytics activity
- Using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Events & Brand Support
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of high‑profile events
- Acting as an ambassador for the ICC Wales brand across all communications
