About the Role: We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with the ability to lead the performance of a team, ensuring quality assurance and best practice around the provision of the OT service. As OT Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of provisions of a range of specialist OT service areas, enabling people to be as independent as possible and to remain safe in their own home and strive to improve provision to people we serve in Wirral. About the Candidate: You will be a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners, such as contract and commissioning leads and health partners to agree joint strategic development, achieve joint criteria lead outcomes, identify service improvements or service gaps that fall under joint commissioning.
