Job Description
A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large integrated campaigns across a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard while partnering closely with Account, Creative, and Production teams.
Salary - Up to £45,000
Location - Birmingham (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
* Own full project lifecycle across integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, broadcast)
* Manage multiple high-value, complex projects simultaneously
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth workflow across departments
* Act as key client contact for project delivery, timelines, and status updates
* Identify and mitigate risks; escalate issues to senior stakeholders where needed
* Ensure all internal reviews, approvals, and QA processes are followed
* Champion PM best practice and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
* 4+ years project management experience within an advertising/creative agency
* Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Experience with PM tools (e.g. Workfront, ProofHQ, SharePoint, etc.)
