Job summary
We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Leader Coordinator - Theatres who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for secondment posts for 1 year for dynamic individuals to undertake the role of theatre coordinator within the Theatre areas.
You will be responsible for the coordination of thetheatre department including managing daily staffing requirements, supporting theatre teams to manage list efficiency, problem solving and amending rosters, Deputising for Band 7. Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to manage elective and emergency services.

Main duties of the job
To provide effective and visible leadership, expertise, advice, and support to the theatre department team and ensure the provision of high-quality care to patients and families.
To act as a role model and expert clinical practitioner
To assist in the safe, effective, and efficient management of the department within allocated resources
To undertake delegated responsibility for the department in the absence of a theatre team leader.

5. RGN and/or ODP
6. Registration with NMC/HCPC
