2fawcett are recruiting for an accounts administrator, to join a company located in Eastwood on a permanent basis.
This Accounts Administrator will join a small but very friendly team. Our clients are specialist in their industry and pride themselves on the reputation that have built within their sector.
As the accounts administrator you will be responsible for credit control, sales and purchase ledger.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
Sales & Purchase ledger
Credit control
Reconciling statements
Allocating payments
Preparation of weekly sales analysis reports for the senior management
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Preparing accounts for audit and working with the auditing accountants.
With the Finance Manager preparing financial reports for core funders and assisting staff with other financial reports where necessary.
Requirements of the Accounts Administrator
Ideally will have used Microsoft Excel
Ideally will have previous experience using Xero
Ability to be able to manage own time
Have previous experience of working within an accounts assistant role would be beneficial
Hours of work: Monday Friday 8:30 5pm, if working on a part-time basis you will ideally be able to work 5 days a week on reduced hours.
