This is an entry-level role in our Sales Team. You will have the opportunity to train through a progressive Personal Development Plan and gain practical experience to become an Account Manager. Alternatively, if you already possess basic sales skills, you may seek coaching to reach your potential. The role combines various business development activities with some administrative responsibilities in support of the team.
Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our vibrant sales team. You will assist in developing customer relationships and securing business opportunities for KeTech, contributing to better journeys for rail passengers and increased efficiencies for Train Operators through our capabilities.

* You have some basic sales experience, perhaps in telesales, and are ready for the next step.
* You have experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
* You enjoy writing documents, preparing presentations, and updating spreadsheets, with excellent writing and numerical skills.
* You are eager to learn and hungry for success.
* You are passionate about customer experience and digital transformation.
