I am looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a local authority in the North of Nottinghamshire. As part of the Property and Development team, the Trainee Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of Quantity Surveying services to a range of capital projects.
Responsibilities for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor:
Support the delivery of QS services
Manage and respond to enquiries
Support the development of work schedules
Work towards a degree level qualification and chartered membership
Successful applicants for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor role will have
Willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve
Ability to take initiative
Some experience or training in procurement or QS work
