A fast-growing consumer goods company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team during a busy seasonal period. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and an efficient after-sales service for customers across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role
You will support both warehouse activities and the after-sales service process and ensuring products are processed, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Register incoming packages, returns, and customer products into systems
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
* Manage shipping documentation through SAP/ShipERP, ensuring correct labels and paperwork for UK & Ireland deliveries.
* Perform cycle counts and maintain an organised, safe warehouse environment.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to support timely order fulfilment.
* Provide support with product assessments and repairs in line with company processes.
* Assist with additional warehouse and after-sales duties as needed.
Requirements
* Confident using a PC as your primary work tool.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
Desired Experience
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
* Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience using SAP/CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
