Managing incoming medication requests from various sources
Assisting with medication queries and liaising with patients
Contributing to the improvement of prescribing processes

Conducting prescribing audits and participating in clinical audits
Organizing and planning workload to meet deadlines
Undertaking learning and development to maintain skills and knowledge
Collaborating with the Clinical Pharmacist and other healthcare professionals
Handling sensitive and confidential information in accordance with regulations
