CNC Operator – Full-Time
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a skilled CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for precision engineering and a desire to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate CNC router machinery to produce accurate parts and components.
* Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for correct machine setup.
* Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct quality checks using measuring tools and gauges.
* Assemble components in line with health and safety standards.
* Handle and move materials safely within a workshop or warehouse environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC operation.
* Strong mathematical skills for precise measurement and calculation.
* Hands-on experience with materials such as Aluminium, ACM, Acrylics, Foamex, and MDF.
* Working knowledge of CAD software – VCarve and/or Adobe Illustrator preferred.
* Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
* Previous experience in assembly work is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Background in signage is beneficial but not essential.

* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
