Were working with a well-established business in Hull who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for around 1 month.
Working closely with both the administration and credit control teams, youll play an important role in ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date while providing excellent administrative support.
Some of the Administrator duties will include:
* Sending copies of invoices and statements to customers
* Updating customer contact details, addresses and account information on the system
* Providing proof of delivery documentation to customers
* Closing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting account maintenance activities
* Ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times
Were keen to speak with candidates who have good computer skills and enjoy administrative work. Youll be comfortable working with systems, have strong attention to detail, and be happy carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Previous administration experience would be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
This is a full‑time temporary position for 1 month, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, earning £12.71 per hour.
