We’re looking for motivated Production Operators to support our busy manufacturing and logistics department. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in production within the aerospace industry.
Hours: 39 per week
* Core shift: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–1pm
* Overtime Available
Department: Production / Logistics / Manufacturing
Reports to: Manufacturing Leader
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of general operator duties within the manufacturing plant
* Manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations
* Preparing and painting finished parts
* Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions
* Adhere to quality procedures to ensure a high standard of output
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Support and contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement
Ideal Candidate:
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible with working hours, overtime, and occasional travel
* Capable of meeting targets and deadlines
* No prior experience required – full training will be provided
