Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerkin our Farehamoffice.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

* Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
* Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
* Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
* Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
* Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
* Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
* Maintain Records: Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
* Seek Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality.
* Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
