As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in London.

The Role:

The HousekeepingManagerrole will lead and oversee all aspects of property cleaning services, and for Native Hyde Park, Native Mayfair and the Apartment Collection. The role will report directly to Native Hyde Park Operations Manager.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

TheHousekeeping Managerwill play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of theNative Placesallocated properties, delivering outstanding cleaning service.You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest apartments are cleaned and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will be passionate about what you do and have a great eye for detail, ensuring every guest that stays is wowed.?You will have full accountability of the department.

Skills and Responsibilities:

* Plan, organise and direct team members to ensure the highest service and cleanliness level.

* To ensure hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are implemented and adhered to.

* Help manage the purchasing, re-ordering and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory based on Natives provided budgets.

* Build positive and productive working relationship with colleagues and subordinates across the business.

* Keep a fluent and co-operative communication and working relationship with the Guest Services Teams and Maintenance.

* To ensure all maintenance faults are reported to the Maintenance Department and that these are rectified immediately, especially if life threatening or dangerous.

* Ensure that the service in the room is carried out in a friendly and efficient manner

Experience:

* Minimum 3 years in hospitality background, housekeeping preferably

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system)

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
