Customer Service Team Leader
to join our growing Warrington team.

* Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver excellent service
* Support with escalated customer queries and complaints
* Monitor performance and quality against KPIs

* Experience leading or supervising a customer service team (or transferable leadership experience from another industry)
* Strong people skills - able to motivate and coach individuals
* Confident decision-maker with great organisational skills
