We are seeking an experienced Showroom Host to join our team on a part-time and temporary basis.
In Japan, there is a deep-rooted culture called omotenashi, meaning to 'wholeheartedly look after guests'. As a Showroom Host, you are a central member of the team and a first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, helping them with their inquiries and setting the benchmark for the customer experience they expect. Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for INSERT CENTRE. You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment. Highlight of what you will do...
Greets and welcomes all customers and visitors on arrival into the showroom, and ensures they are guided to the right person at an early stage in the customer journey. Manages several sets of visitors and ensures wait times are kept to a minimum. Ensures customers are offered refreshments. Encourages customers to engage with the product and services in a relaxed environment. Handles basic queries on product, using supporting information, so the customer feels they have been professionally dealt with. Determines the next appropriate interaction to ensure the customer experience is personalised and efficient. Briefs and updates the relevant specialist and updates sales executives on customer needs. Manages and co-ordinates the showroom environment and ambience and ensures the showroom is clean and tidy in accordance with operational guidelines. Handles inbound telephone calls and directs to relevant colleagues. Works with the showroom team to support promotions and events, ensuring brochures are up to date and in the right place. Aware of 'Voice of the Customer' data which helps inform your approach to the customer. Maintains accurate customer records, keeping them up to date. Attends training and meetings to continuously learn and gain product knowledge to enable progression in the role. Works as a fully embedded member of the Centre team ensuring sales opportunities are handed over seamlessly to sales colleagues.
